Auctioneer’s Note:Due to the 2008 passing of both Don & Donna, the home will sell for the high bid to settle the estate. The home has been in the same ownership for 40 years! Co-executors are daughters Brenda & Debra and they are by law prohibited from bidding or buying this property. It will sell to the highest bidder!
