TERMS OF SALE: Full settlement day of sale. All buyers must register with a current driver's license. Bring a copy of your tax exempt number or tax will be collected. A 10% buyer's premium will apply to attendees at this auction. Any announcement made day of auction shall supersede any previous advertisement or statement and prevail as the final terms and conditions.

Prospective buyers should satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition and authenticity of each lot. Statements made by Auctioneer and/or staff of Auctioneer are opinions only and should not be construed as statements of fact. The auction will be controlled by the Auction Company and they reserve the right to consolidate lots or break down lots. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids. The Auction Company reserves the right to enter bids on behalf of approved absentee bidders. Each and every decision made by the Auctioneer regarding the conduction of this auction shall be final and without liability to any party.
ONLINE BIDDING & ABSENTEE BIDS: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to final bid amounts for absentee and online bids. Live online bidding will be managed by Proxibid. Please review their terms before registering for this auction, as your bidding will need to be in accordance with their terms at www.proxibid.com, as well as our terms. Absentee bids will be accepted by phone (with credit card) for previous absentee bidders. (New absentee bidders will need to use proxibid.com for bidding.) Absentee bids are due by 2pm on Thursday, February 9th. Craters and Freighters will be onsite for shipping all absentee and online bids (if you choose to pick up your purchases, you will need to make arrangements with Craters and Freighters as they will remove absentee and online bid purchases from the facility following the auction.)
